Watermelon and strawberries are a great source of Vitamin C which strengthens the body’s immune system, repair cells and acts as a powerful antioxidant. Watermelons are also an excellent source of Vitamin A which maintains eye health. They also contain amino acids which maintain healthy arteries, blood flow and overall cardiovascular function. You can choose to leave the seeds in the watermelon before you blend the smoothie if you wish which will give you additional health benefits as these seeds are rich in essential nutrients.

  • 2 Cups Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ Cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Small Bunch of Red Grapes
  • 1 Large Wedge of Watermelon
  • 5 Ice Cubes
