Enjoy radiant skin by giving your body a boost of cleaning fruits found in this smoothie. Apples are a great source of fiber, Vitamin C and antioxidants and may also protect against osteoporosis and Alzheimer’s disease. Furthermore, studies have found that apples help to prevent certain cancers including breast, colon and liver cancers. The honeydew melon in this smoothie also makes it extremely beneficial as it provides a high dose of potassium, copper and Vitamin C. Potassium regulates blood pressure, Vitamin C boosts immunity and prevents infections and copper is essential for healthy skin. Honeydew melon helps your body repair its muscles and tissues at a faster rate, making it a great post workout snack. Another healthy addition to this smoothie still is red grapes. Red grapes provide the body with several vitamins and minerals as well as resveratrol which is a powerful antioxidant found in the skin of grapes.  Top all of that with a natural tonic of fresh lemon juice and another punch of Vitamin C from the kiwi and you have an extremely healthy and delicious smoothie!
