This delicious and tropical smoothie is full of cancer fighting antioxidants and cleansing ingredients. Papayas are cleansing to the body because they aid the digestive system by breaking down proteins and supporting the production of digestive enzymes. Papaya also encourages the repair of muscle tissue and fibers. Cantaloupe is a great source of Vitamin A and beta-carotene which promotes healthy eyesight. It also promotes healthy lungs and a healthy cardiovascular system. Green grapes contain micronutrients and phytochemicals that can prevent strokes. Mango is extremely high in Vitamin C which helps repair your body and fight disease.  Top all of that goodness off with a dose of flax oil which provides a healthy amount of Omega 3 oils that are essential for cardiovascular health and lowing bad cholesterol levels and this healthy smoothie is complete!

Ingredients

  • 2 Papayas
  • 1 Cantaloupe
  • ½ cup Green Grapes
  • ½ cup Fresh or Frozen Mango
  • 1 tbsp Flax Oil
  • ½ cup Skim Milk or Soy Milk
  • ½ Cup Ice

Method

Step 1

Seed and chop the papayas and cantaloupe and add them to the blender

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

Step 3

Enjoy!
